A chef’s novel that contains 25 recipes too
Gundel Award-winner chef Frigyes Vomberg has published his autobiography, titled ‘Locked in a Chef Coat’. The chef’s life is full surprises, in the past, he worked as a head chef, teacher, food stylist and television talent show jury member, and he also played an active part in renewing Hungarian cuisine and culinary vocational education. There are also 25 iconic Vomberg recipes in the book; the photos were made by Viktor Gálos.
