Chef’s Beer: passion and business

Zip’s Brewhouse in Miskolc launched a project in February, called Chef’s Beer (Séf Sör): master brewers and top chefs are working together to create new beers. Seven chefs are involved in brewing special beers. The first beer in the series is Tiszalöki Telepi Nevelés by Péter Pataki, a half Bavarian-style, half APA wheat beer. Zip’s will keep the new beer in its permanent product selection. //
