Science Park: Green Certification to the office building in Budapest

Good transportation, advanced technical support, quality services, environmentally conscious design and operation – these are the complex demands of the 21st century. Only a few can meet these challenges at the domestic office market, but the Science Park, owned by the Heitman European Property Partners IV has already received the BREEAM in Use \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\”Very Good\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\” rating in all the three possible categories as the first in Central and Eastern Europe.

The Science Park with its nearly 30 000 square meter base area is working with a 95 percent occupancy rate, since its handover ceremony in 2004.

The largest tenant in the complex is Ericsson – the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s research and development center in Budapest can be found there – which expanded and extended its lease at the same time in 2012.
