Sour results in the Super Mint Sweet Cucumber Test

The Supermenta program of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) tested 32 sweet cucumbers this time. The results can be said to be sour, as official proceedings had to be initiated for 21 products. It is reassuring, however, that everything was fine with the products in terms of food safety.

According to current regulations, the size of raw cucumbers in sweet cucumbers can range from 3-6 cm up to 12-14 cm. In the test of Supermenta’s sweet cucumber, 29 “6-9 cm” and 3 “5-8 cm” products were finally included, so a total of 29 brands and 32 pickles were represented. In Nébih’s laboratories, the products were tested by specialists for food safety and quality, including the presence of additives.
