SAP research: Discrimination on company roads
According to a survey by SAP Concur, a subsidiary of SAP that provides corporate accounting services, the majority feel that many people are discriminated against when considering business trips.
According to a global survey of 3,850 business travelers across 25 markets, nearly two-thirds of business travelers feel that they have not had an equal opportunity to travel on business compared to their colleagues, and attribute this primarily to their age, accent or gender.
SAP Concur’s global business travel survey is an important point of reference for business travelers, tour operators and their organizations. Every year, the survey highlighted how the high-profile issues that define the given year – COVID-19, the Russian-Ukrainian war or even inflation – can affect how business travel is conducted at large companies.
For the fifth year, the survey examines equality of opportunity among the most pressing challenges facing business travelers.
