Cheese judges will help cheese makers and restaurants

The Dunaharaszti facility of the National Chamber of Agricultural Economics has hosted the first organized cheese judging course. It was supported by the National Chamber of Agricultural Economics and the Milk Interprofessional Organization and Product Board.

There was multiple overdrafts on the course. Gastronomy, food industry past, experience was an advantage, and the suitability of the candidates was also examined with different tastes and cheeses. Among the graduates there were chefs and winemakers and more than half of them were ladies.

Twenty-five people took succesful exams; Cheese judges will help both the merchants and the restaurants in the future, taking into account the interests and quality of the service provided to consumers.
