KKASE Cheese Makers Association and the Gyöngyösi Károly Róbert Campus of Eszterházy Károly University organised the ‘Artisan Cheese – Science – Tourism’ conference at the end of August. The event’s goal was to create a forum for cheese makers in the Carpathian Basin, dairy/trade/tourism researchers and cheese making/tourism service providers where they can meet and exchange experiences. //
