Gallicoop built their own wastewater treatment

The Gallicoop Turkey Processing Zrt. built its own wastewater treatment in Szarvas, due to environmental and economic considerations. The water does not leave the site area and reduces the city’s wastewater congestion by one third.

The facility was started to build in 2006 and operating since the beginning of the year. The final operating permit has arrived on Monday.
According to estimations, the more than a quarter billion HUF investment will be recouped within 6-7 years, and the company plans further environmentally friendly solutions, in the near future.
