S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2022-23

Between September 2022 and January 2023, the selected talents can demonstrate their skills in 15 different regional finals in different parts of the world. The measurement of the South-Eastern European and Mediterranean region will take place in Zagreb between November 7-9, 2022, where the Hungarian participant, Dominik Kovács, can also present himself. The former chef of the MÁK Bistro – who currently runs the Christie’s Urban Bistro breakfast bar – attracted the attention of the committee with an unadulterated Hungarian dish and his friendly ear, so in the November round he can prove himself to the local jury alongside his six competitors.
