The novelty will be showcased in Auchan Alfagide’s new showroom, “Future Taste,” which will showcase new food industry trends and innovative products to consumers, providing them with additional information and the benefits of consuming such products.

Launched in 2017, Portugal Bugs, a Portuguese company participating in the Auchan “Future Taste” space, is the first Portuguese company to market and develop insect-based food products. (magyarmezogazdasag.hu, European Supermarket Magazine)
