The economic sentiment in the euro area and in the EU deteriorated in September
More than expected, the economic sentiment in the euro area deteriorated to near its five-year low in September, according to the survey of the European commission.
The Economic Sentiment Indicator (ESI) for the euro area fell 1.4 points to 101.7 points in September, according to a report released by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs (EcFin) on Friday. (MTI)
