Consumer sentiment has fallen in the world’s largest economy
The consumer sentiment in the United States declined in October – according to the regular monthly survey of the Michigan University. The results were published on Friday.
In October, the final value of the consumer sentiment dropped to 98.6 points from the 100.1 points of September. Last October’s index was higher; 100.7 points.
Analysts expected a slight deterioration to 99.0 points in October. (MTI)
