Retail sales grew by 9.3 percent in Romania
In Romania, retail sales grew by 9.3 percent in the first eight months of last year, the Romanian National Statistical Institute announced on Wednesday.
According to seasonally adjusted and calendar effect adjusted data, the growth was 8.4 percent.
Sales of non-food products increased by 12 percent, fuel sales increased by 11.9 percent, while food, beverages and tobacco sales increased by 4.8 percent. (MTI)
