Retail sales grew by 1.7 percent in the first three quarters of the year in Romania
In Romania, according to raw data, the volume of retail sales increased by 1.7 percent in the first three quarters of the year, compared to the same period last year – the Romanian National Statistics Institute announced.
According to seasonally and calendar-adjusted data, the increase was 1.4 percent during the period under review. The expansion, according to raw data, was mainly due to fuel sales, which grew by 8.4 percent, 5.8 percent more food and 3.9 percent more non-food products were sold. (MTI)
