The AFI Europe develops a Romanian mall in Ploiesti
The AFI Europe develops the AFI Palace Ploiesti shopping center in Romania, from the 30 million euros loan of the Raiffeisen Bank International.
The facility has 28,500 square meters of leasable space and 1,000 parking spaces. It is the first modern shopping complex in Ploiesti with tenants such as Cora, the Flanco Electronics and H&M.
