László Krisán
On 7 November Europe’s Day in Commerce was organised for the 13th time in Hungary. It was told that after many years of dynamic development, sales may reach the HUF 10,000 billion level this year. László Krisán, president of the retail department of the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ) talked about the sector’s problems: in his view 30,000 more workers are needed in retail trade at the moment. István Lepsényi, secretary of state at the Ministry for National Economy underlined that the country’s economic expansion has a beneficial effect on the retail sector. The day’s programme ended with a roundtable discussion, after which the Klauzál Gábor Certificates of Honour and the For Hungarian Retail Grand Prizes were presented to the winners. //
