Lots of money can get stuck on your SZÉP cards

31 May is an important date for the owners of the SZÉP card holders, because they have to spend the unused benefits received from the employer in 2016 until this date – MKB Bank’s announcement warns.

The MKB SZÉP card, introduced seven years ago, has become a day-to-day payment, with a total number of users of over 222,000. Up to March this year, approximately 77.4 billion forints were sent to the plastics, of which approximately 69 billion forints have been returned to the Hungarian economy by the cardholders’ payments.
