Business Days 25-28 September 2018

Date: 2018. 09. 25. 09:00

Trade magazin, the No.1 trade magazine of the FMCG sector organises the biggest meeting of the trade’s decision-makers on the last week of September.

This year the conference will take place on 25-28 September in Hotel Pelion, Tapolca.

During the 4 days of the event nearly 750 participants will be present and there are more than 100 speakers in the programme. The top level representatives of retailers and wholesalers, manufacturers and supplier will be there.

At the conference we are going to discuss the most important events of the past year and talk about what the future might bring, and there will be presentations as well. We will analyse the market situation, discuss strategies, brands, innovations, regulations, market changes and challenges, from the perspectives of product manufacturers and retailers alike. The speakers and roundtable discussion participants that we have invited are independent economic experts, market researchers, prestigious figures in the directorial seats of FMCG manufacturers and retailers, presidents of trade associations and lobby organisations, well-known and respected colleagues from service providers and representatives of various ministries.

The Business Days conference is organised for the 12th time this year and the underlying theme of the event is different every year. This year we are using fairytale-related motifs. Thanks to the positive business results of the last few years in the FMCG market and due to the hardships that occurred parallel to this trend, we have come up with the title

Once upon a time… – Knights, trials and half the kingdom
Fairytale-like results and realistic concerns
On Tuesday morning we are going to start telling our tale with ‘Once upon a time…’ and Friday afternoon we will end it with ‘…And they all lived happily ever after!’ – but in the meantime we will be discussing very important trade issues. This year the emphasis is on discussions, so there will be fewer presentations but more roundtable discussions
