A record number of guests in the Czech spas
The Czech spas received a record number of guests (711 thousand) in 2011, 5.4 percent more than in 2010 – said Tomio Okamura, Vice President of the Association of the Czech travel agencies on Monday.
60 percent, 345 thousand people arrived from abroad last year. This is 9 percent more than in 2010. The list of the most popular spas is led by Karlovy Vary of the Western Bohemian region, receiving 427 thousand guests, including 320 thousand foreign guests. The number of guests on an annual level increased by 7.6 percent – reports MTI.
