A record-breaking trade surplus in 2015
Last year, the export value in euros increased by 7.1, while imports rose by 5.4 percent. The trade surplus increased to 8.118 billion HUF – the Central Statistical Office (KSH ) announced on the basis of its second estimate.
The revised growth rate of export and import has become slightly lower than the first estimate’s 7.4 and 5.6 percent, but the surplus has become higher than the forecasted record of 8.098 billion euros. (MTI)
