Having breakfast is healthy!
Beer is probably the product category where innovation work is the most creative. Breakfast trends don’t even have to change for beers made especially for breakfasts to keep changing. At the moment coffee and chocolate are the star ingredients. A good example of this is Canadian Breakfast Stout, which has 11.3 percent alcohol content. Oconee Brewing in Georgia, USA has had a different idea: their Bacon & Kegs! beer has been developed for the Waffle House breakfast chain – the beer is made with smoked bacon extract! Seven Bro7hers is making IPA and pale ale from ‘waste’ produced by Kelloggs.
