Péter Kalocsai, the head of HR at Samsung Electronics Magyar Zrt. told that they have a youthful and dynamic team, where employees work and acquire new knowledge in a multicultural environment. The company keeps looking for and training future managers, who will also have the opportunity to work abroad, thanks to the Global Mobility Programme. In Hungary Samsung employs 2,700 people and the company’s success is the result of well-trained employees’ hard work and motivation. Mr Kalocsai added that in 2014 the Top Employer Institute named Samsung Hungary the Top European Employer and the Top Hungarian Employer as well.
