‘Company with the most interesting work content and the best career opportunities’ – IBM

IBM ISSC is one of the biggest and oldest IMB service centres in Hungary, which is also in the top three at international level. Managing director Magdalena Dopierala-Bősze told us that it is important for the company to make sure that employees feel well, doing interesting work and having appealing careers ahead of them. They support those who would like to work for IBM abroad and also organise volunteer work. IBM ISSC workers are better than the average in speaking foreign languages and in professional knowledge as well, but cultural diversity is also one of the company’s strengths. The managing director is convinced that sooner or later companies will start to centralise their SSC departments in order to stay competitive. She is happy that in the rather conservative Hungarian market more and more of them are already doing it
