New warehouse
DHL Express Magyarország Kft. will establish a 3 hectare logistic centre in Budapest with an investment of HUF 4,5 billion. It will be completed in August or September 2007. A 7,000 square meter warehouse with 1,400 square meters of offices is under construction in South Pest. Nearby, a 4,200 square meter central office building, with the latest IT and automatic package selecting system is also being built for the company. Revenues of DHL Express Magyarország Kft. increased by 25 per cent in 2006, to HUF 9,3 billion. The number of their clients exceeded 15,000. DHL companies achieved a total revenues of over HUF 20 billion in Hungary, in 2006. DHL Express, DHL Global Forwarding, and DHL Exel Supply Chain have recently fused to form the largest independent logistic company in the world. DHL Express Magyarország Kft. and DHL Nemzetközi és Logisztikai Kft. will also fuse soon.
