Raiffeisen: the growth of the Hungarian economy may be above 2 percent in 2020 and will be 3.5 percent next year
Raiffeisen Bank analysts expect a slowdown in economic growth in the coming years: while this year’s GDP growth is expected to exceed 4 percent, next year it will fall to 3.5 percent and to 2.0 percent by 2020 – Török Zoltán, senior analyst of the bank said at a Press Conference in Budapest.
According to Török Zoltán, this can be explained, due to the external environment, the transformation of the world economy, the gradual decline in state investments and consequently with the slowdown in the construction industry’s rapid growth. (MTI)
