A Spanish study says eating quinoa regularly can prevent the occurrence of type 2 diabetes. Quinoa can help in regulating the changes in the body’s glucose level, and it can also have a positive effect on certain cardiovascular diseases. It is very nourishing, containing amino acids, fibres, protein and complex carbohydrate, and quinoa also has a high mineral – magnesium, iron and calcium – content. //
