PSZÁF vs. Ministry in the case of repelling the consumer groups
The financial supervision would prevent the people from the consumer groups by using criminal legal tools. However, according to the Ministry of Administration penalties may be sufficient.
As it is known, the Financial Supervisory Authority (PSZÁF) has proposed a ban on the organization of consumer groups in the autumn and the organizers of such groups to be punishable even by imprisonment – reports Népszabadság Online.
