Lidl also prepared programs for SZIN
Lidl Hungary closes this year’s summer festival season in Szeged with experiences that promise to be unforgettable in many ways. As a responsible employer, the discount chain, which is at the forefront of supporting young people starting their careers, will also be there at SZIN, scheduled for the last days of August, to help festival-goers who are about to choose or change jobs. Those interested can take part in playful and educational HR programs in the Activity Zone of the market-leading department store chain, and among other things, they can learn how to prepare the perfect resume from the company’s staff responsible for recruitment.
Once again this year, Lidl Hungary is expanding to SZIN, which closes the summer festival season. At the cultural and musical event, however, the discount chain not only welcomes partygoers with its FesztMarket store, which offers a range of nearly 400 products at store prices, as well as with current daily specials. Lidl’s Activity Zone, which employs nearly 10,000 people and has thus become the 9th largest employer in Hungary, promises educational as well as entertaining programs for those who want to focus on their careers.
“We have been working for many years to be the first and best choice not only for customers, but also for job seekers. We prioritize the search for and support of young talents and future employees. It is also thanks to this that at the end of July, the participants of the Campus Festival in Debrecen were already able to meet the HR activities of our company on site, which were a great success based on the feedback. It is important for us to help those who are about to start a career or change jobs in a fun and playful way, so we are happy that this time in Szeged, at SZIN, which looks back on decades of history, we can show the diverse and responsible employer side of our company.”
– stated Judit Tőzsér, Head of Corporate Communications at Lidl Hungary.
