Profession.hu: home office encourages 32 percent of employees to change jobs
Although 86 percent of employees still mentioned higher wages as the main incentive to change jobs, 46 percent of respondents mentioned more flexible work and working hours as their most important motivations, and 32 percent mentioned the possibility of a home office, according to a representative survey by Profession.hu. that was sent to MTI on Thursday.

Home office motivated one-third of employees to change jobs
At the end of last year, the job portal conducted a survey of job motivations involving 1,500 employees and 200 employers.
According to the announcement, the demand for teleworkers has been much stronger since the pandemic, so companies that provide it can enjoy a competitive advantage in the job market, yet few still show this opportunity in job advertisements. (MTI)
