Profession.hu: most companies them do not plan redundancies
The managers of the companies are afraid of the next six months, seven out of ten believe that the situation of their company will deteriorate further in this period, but only every tenth indicated that they would be preparing for staff reductions in the coming months – Profession.hu informed MTI.
The results of representative research conducted by interviewing employers, HR decision-makers and employees suggest that it will no longer be similar to the wave of redundancies experienced in March and April this year. (MTI)
