Profession.hu: Since 2020, the average net wage demand of employees has increased by 12 percent annually

Net wage demands of employees in Hungary have increased by an average of 12 percent year-on-year since 2020. Pest County is the first in the regional comparison, jobseekers request the highest salary here, averaging 364,000 HUF per month, Profession.hu told MTI on Tuesday.

Employee wage demands continue to rise

They added that in terms of education, employees with higher education expect the highest salary, almost 400,000 HUF net per month. The expectations of those who graduated from vocational schools or vocational training and those who have completed secondary education are almost the same (293,000 HUF and 287,000 HUF, respectively), those who have completed only primary school close the line with a net wage demand of 272,000 HUF.
