Pro Gastronomia
Dr Dénes Sándor established the Pro Gastronomia award programme in 2018 and maximum four people can win the prize every year. The winners in 2021 are Dr János Gundel, retired professor emeritus of BGE KVIK, Katalin Pintér, owner and managing director of Gerbeaud Gasztronómia Kft. and Wolfgang Puck, legendary chef and a key figure of culinary arts. This year the youth award went to chef Dániel Szűcs, a former student of BGE KVIK. //
