SPAR’s popular shopping application has been added with a practical novelty
From the middle of July, proof-of-purchase blocks will also be available digitally in the MySPAR application.
“In terms of the customer experience, it was an important step to create the free MySPAR mobile application, which has now become an application used by many on a daily basis, which provides customers with exclusive coupons. As a result of our latest development, the digital receipt function has arrived in the application, so the receipts of store purchases with the application, as well as the invoice images of SPAR online shop orders, can also be tracked in digital form in the application.”
– explained Márk Maczelka, head of communications at SPAR Hungary.
Digital blocks can be marked as “Favorites”, making it easier to find them. In addition, receipts can be viewed broken down by month or even based on individual filters. As non-tax receipts, the digital blocks are also suitable for returns and complaint handling, which can be shared with the SPAR Customer Service within the app with a few clicks of a button, making it even easier to discuss specific issues. From July, Zé Fördős also joined the promotion of the MySPAR app, who is known to be constantly looking for smart, easy-to-use and budget-friendly solutions, such as the SPAR app.
