SMEs started the year positively
The K&H SME confidence index is showing a strong growth, reflecting the positive expectations of the sector this year. The indicator is now at 8 points after a 6-point increase, thanks to the fact that the companies look forward to the year with optimism both about their expected results as well as the expected economic policy developments.
Based on the survey interviewing 500 SMEs, the K&H SME confidence index is 8 points thanks to a 6-point increase. “The strong growth is due to the fact that the decision-makers in question also consider the development of their corporate financial results and the direction of economic policy to be favorable.
Within the sector, the value of the index rose mostly within companies with less than 300 million HUF annual revenues” – Kovács Viktor Zoltán, head of the marketing department at K&H.
