The food stands of the Christmas market in Budapest’s Vörösmarty Square have had enough of the criticism they receive for the food they serve. They asked Teodóra Bán, managing director of the Budapest Festival and Tourism Centre, to help them with ideas and money. The result is Hütte, a 100m² pavilion where the tasty culinary delights of the Carpathian Basin can be tasted. Zoltán Kiss, owner and managing director of XXL Catering told: the ‘menu’ changes every Monday in Hütte, the place where guests can taste every dish that is available at food stands at the Christmas market. //
