Portuguese company would build Romanian malls
The Portuguese property developer Sonae Sierra considers Romania as one of the most promising real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. The company would build shopping malls in Bucharest and Craiova.
Fernando Guedes de Oliveira, the CEO of Sonae Sierra told PropertyEU considers Romania beside Poland are the largest potential markets in the region, adding that Romania's biggest problem is the lack of bank financing, which the developer are trying to solve with the creation of joint ventures.
