Gáborné Pölöskei: the primary task of vocational training is to serve the needs of the labor market
Vocational training is of utmost importance to serve the needs of the labor market – stated the deputy state secretary responsible for vocational training of the Ministry of Culture and Innovation (KIM) at the closing event of the project called the establishment of the Transport Training and Examination Center on Wednesday in Budapest.
Gáborné Pölöskei called the project of special importance in vocational training, the most important goal of which was to reduce the perceived labor shortage in the transport sector. The training and examination center creates a platform for the short-term professional, competence and skill development training required by the labor market. The developed procedures, tools and systems serve as models for further vocational training developments – he explained.
The deputy state secretary formulated the goal that the participants in the training should not only get by with the acquired knowledge, but that it could also serve their “creed”.
According to the possibilities, everyone should be inspired so that they can thrive in the midst of changing social and economic challenges, he added.
