SPAR is preparing for Christmas and the New Year with a wallet-friendly and wide selection of festive goods
Customers are increasingly paying attention to purchasing products that offer attractive value for money, and this is especially true this holiday season. SPAR is prepared for the Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s period, and awaits its customers with a diverse range of festive goods, convenience products and services, from affordable basic foods to special delicacies.

Last year, traffic increased by an average of 10-15% during the Advent period
“Traditionally, the most important products of the following weeks are connected to the anticipation and preparation for the holidays: in this case, fish, hot dogs, and sweets are sold in larger quantities than usual, parlor sugars with a variety of flavors, and winter-flavored alcoholic beverages appear. The SPAR stores also dress up in festive attire, where – despite the difficult economic situation – we try to serve our customers with the best quality products, mostly from domestic sources, in all price categories. We also pay attention to those who prefer comfort food at this time, so that they have more time for their loved ones. Last year, traffic increased by an average of 10-15% during the Advent period, and this year we expect a similar increase at the end of the year.”
– said Márk Maczelka, head of communications at SPAR Hungary.
