Cash and Erzsébet-vouchers are the most common year-end bonuses
Employees are rewarding their employers with cash and Erzsébet-vouchers mostly – the national research of the Erzsébet Utalványforgalmazó Zrt. and the Devise Hungary shows.
According to the survey, four out of five of the 1206 surveyed employers have closed an average or good year, but not all of them will give bonuses to their employees. The participants of the research are employing nearly 351 thousand people in the private sector, the public sector and in the non-profit sector. (MTI)
