Exemplary women in Univer’s Capsicum Club
Univer Product Zrt. organized a special event on the occasion of Women’s Day on March 4th at the recently opened Capsicum Club. The event addressed important issues such as whether a city can be successful without female leaders, and how women who play a decisive role in public life, sports, culture and the economy shape the life of a wider community.
A female leadership perspective can mean a different perspective. Not simply more or less, but a distinctly different approach – this was stated at the event titled “Famous Women of Kecskemét” held by Univer Product Zrt., one of Hungary’s largest food companies. The conversation, combined with gastronomic experiences, was held at the company’s recently opened Capsicum Club. At the event, among others, Szemereyné Pataki Klaudia, Mayor of Kecskemét, Dóra Barta, Managing Director of Hírös Agóra and dancer, Ivkovićné Tímea Béres, Managing Director of Kecskemét Junior Sport Nonprofit Kft., and Barbara Sárdi, Marketing Manager of Kecskemét Katona József National Theatre, shared their thoughts on what it means to be a woman leader today.
They emphasized that they believe that empathy, community responsibility, and emotions are deeply reflected in their short and long-term visions as women and mothers. There is a need for a balance between private life, obligations, and leadership roles. They believed that the female perspective is not only an opportunity in leadership, but also a force that shapes and moves the future of a city forward.
The discussion did not focus solely on presenting successful careers, but rather the participants presented their thoughts through their personal experiences.
