The best breads of Hungary were selected
The five-member professional jury has selected Hungary’s best breads, which is part of the 8th Bread Competition of Hungarian Bakery Association. Almost half a hundred products were competing in the open competition in 3 categories. The most important goal of the measurement was the selection of St. Stephen’s Day bread.
“The aim of the competition is to keep the baking industry constantly developing, so one of our most basic food choices will be enriched with traditional breads and products that meet the consumer needs” – Septe József, president of the Hungarian Bakery Association said.
