Patagonia can be a famous wine growing region
Argentine winemakers are trying to turn Patagonia as a famous wine-growing area.
The task is a challenge, since the land is more a fertile land, the area has a very harsh winter, and the summer is very hot, often 40 degrees C-degrees of heat. The latter course would not be bad for the grapes but Patagonia is not irrigately cultivated, so it's hard for the plant to get water wits its roots. However, the long root in the deeper soil gives special layers to the white wine grown there, a fruity flavor. Red wine can also be found in the area, moreover, its alcohol content is strong: 14.8 to 15 degrees, thanks to the very strong sunlight.
