Delhaize rolls out wine in paper bottle in Belgium
Delhaize Belgium has rolled out a new wine in an innovative bottle made of recycled paper: Planet B wine comes in a so-called ’Frugal bottle’, made of 94 percent recycled paper and an inner plastic coating. Planet B is a Spanish vegan and organic red wine made from 70 percent tempranillo and 30 percent monastrell grapes. The bottle utilises the Frugalpac technology – at just 83 grams it is up to five times lighter than a regular glass bottle.
