Rézangyal showcased pálinka flavored salmon fillet slices
Hungary's leading pálinka brand and one of the largest domestic marine fish importer, the Hering-Trade Kft. introduced a joint product. At the demonstration event of the Royal Rézangyal smoked salmon fillet product line, three known personalities of the gastronomic profession prepared inspiring festive appetizers from flavored salmon fillets savoured with traditional national fruit distillates.
The Hering Trade Kft. and the Rézangyal pálinka brand introduced its new product line with the help of three famous chefs – Sipos András (Susu Bar and Restaurant), Bernát Dániel (Rézkakas), and Susánszky Ádám (Zing Burger) – in the St. Andrea restaurant in Budapest.
The Royal Rézangyal smoked salmon fillet slices has been created by pairing traditional national fruit distillates and the popular fish species.
