Pálinka: the promise of wildness
Palinka is hardly used for any cocktails at all, though it could become a new material for cocktails, especially in instantly recognisable flavours – says Gábor Szabó from Miskolci Likőrgyár. Their Prekop pálinka distillery has some very special flavours in limited quantities, which may become the basis of some really wild creations.
