Dairy company Abaújtej Közös Vállalat – they process 20 million litres of milk a year – asked DS Smith Packaging Hungary to design shelf-ready packaging for their new Gomolya cheese.

Task: Cost-efficient transformation of the existing packaging.

What we focused on: Resizing the packaging and at the same time making it easier to fold the new offering box.

  • Cutting packaging costs by 29 percent.
  • The packaging process became 12 percent shorter.
  • Access to Gomolya cheese increased on the shelves.
