The Deichmann sold more than five million shoes in Hungary
The Deichmann Shoe’s gross sales in Hungary grew by 7.6 percent to 38.3 billion HUF last year, from the 35.6 billion HUF of a year ago – the company told MTI.
The number of pairs of shoes sold in 2015 increased over 5 million for the first time since the company entered the Hungarian market. Now the company in its stores and through its online shop sold 5.14 million pairs of shoes, while 4.95 million in 2014. The company employs 899 employees in its 109 stored nationwide, 80 employees more than in the previous year. (MTI)
