Intermarché and Casino announce 5-year strategic partnership
In the next 5 years Intermarché and Casino Group will engage in a strategic partnership, primarily in the fields of purchasing, digital marketing, advertising services and the food industry. Within the framework of the partnership the two companies’ joint central unit – led by Intermarché – will negotiate the purchasing conditions for the mass products of leading international brands. Purchasing of non-food product categories will be done by another, Casino-managed division in France. Outside of France a third organisation will offer international services to companies in Europe and Latin America.
