The Hungarian economy grew by five percent last year
In the fourth quarter of last year, gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 5.1 percent, compared to the same period of the previous year.
According to the seasonal and calendar effect adjusted balanced data, growth was 4.9 percent, according to the second estimate of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) published on Friday. Both numbers are 0.1 percentage points higher than the first estimate published on 14 February. KSH explained the change with the better performance of services. (MTI)
