MKIK proposes five percent VAT on flour and bread
The comprehensive economic policy proposal of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK) has been prepared for the government – Parragh László confirmed to mfor.hu. The president of the MKIK told the newspaper, among other things, that he had proposed the reform of the budget redistribution.
The mfor also provided details on the package. According to the Chamber, the favorable international financial market, economic environment and strong Hungarian macro numbers would allow a faster pace, for example, in the six-year wage agreement. (mfor.hu, Baka F. Zoltán)
